Billing
Billing Authorization Agreement
By completing registration through iClassPro, I authorize Carlsbad Elite Athletics to charge the payment method saved to my account for tuition, registration fees, and any additional programs or services for which I enroll my athlete.
I understand and agree that:
Monthly tuition will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
Tuition reserves my athlete’s placement and is due regardless of attendance, vacations, holidays, illness, or missed classes.
Additional charges for camps, clinics, private lessons, uniforms, competitions, choreography, merchandise, or other services will be processed only when I register for or approve them.
If a payment is declined, Carlsbad Elite Athletics may attempt to process the payment again.
Past-due accounts may result in the athlete’s suspension from classes or activities until the balance is paid.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing according to Carlsbad Elite Athletics’ cancellation policy.
Previously processed payments and third-party expenses may be nonrefundable as stated in the applicable program or enrollment agreement.
I am responsible for keeping my payment and contact information current in iClassPro.
